The Challenge
A large organization began to see growing signs of tension within one of its work units. Employee relationships were strained, morale was slipping, and there was concern that the environment was becoming unhealthy. Leadership recognized the need for an objective assessment and asked Juno Risk to help them understand what was happening and how to address it.
The assignment came with challenges. The work unit was spread across multiple locations, and many employees were skeptical about yet another organizational review. They had participated in similar initiatives before and felt little had changed as a result.

Our Approach
From the outset, it was clear that earning trust and demonstrating real value would be essential to success. Juno Risk used a practical, structured approach to gain a clear picture of the workplace. This included a confidential survey to assess psychological health and safety, followed by individual interviews to explore issues in greater depth. Together, these tools helped identify not only the problems that needed attention, but also the strengths within the team that could be built upon. A key factor in the project’s success was management’s visible support and willingness to listen and respond, which encouraged strong participation across the organization.

Outcome
Juno Risk managed all aspects of the engagement, including employee communications, survey administration and analysis, interviews, and clear, accessible reporting. The process resulted in concrete, practical recommendations that were fully accepted by the client. Leadership committed to working with employees to develop and implement a meaningful action plan, giving the organization a credible path forward and a renewed opportunity to rebuild trust and improve the workplace environment.
