LEADERSHIP

Andrew Chester

PRESIDENT and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Andrew Chester is an executive with a consistent record of transforming thought leadership into business results. He has had extensive success in directing corporate and cyber security risk projects, facilitating risk management programs and developing and delivering insider threat solutions. In creating and growing Juno Risk, Andrew has established a company that reflects his view that security risk management is an interdisciplinary challenge best addressed by the synthesis of many disciplines and talents.

Andrew brings 30 years experience creating risk management solutions for military, corporate and government organizations. He founded and directed NATO's Open Source Intelligence program. He is a graduate of Le College militaire royal de Saint-Jean, the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, the U.S. Naval War College and holds a J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Natalie Harrington

MANAGING DIRECTOR, JUNO INSIGHTS and CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Natalie Harrington is a seasoned public service executive with over 30 years of experience in the fields of human resources, leadership, enterprise planning, corporate security, facilities management and financial auditing. She began her career as an audit professional at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada and then moved into human resources management. From there, she worked in a variety of progressively senior positions at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, with responsibilities for HR, corporate security, and facilities management. She twice won Michele C. Comeau awards, which are the premier federal public service HR leadership awards. 

 

Within Juno Insights, Natalie brings HR rigour, knowledge of organizational dynamics deep understanding of the tools applicable to dealing with workplace conflict. She leads a team of consultants delivering service offerings to reduce or manage potential risks posed by people and clients. Programs include conducting workplace investigations, managing conflict and workplace assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts (Public Administration) from Carleton University. Natalie is fluently bilingual.  

Cam Johnston

MANAGING DIRECTOR, JUNO CYBER and CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Cam Johnston embodies a unique blend of technical expertise, business knowledge and the ability to mentor and lead teams to solve complex compliance and risk management challenges. These skills were acquired and honed over a 30-year career that began at IBM, transitioned to leading a major security value-added reseller, and as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP.

 

With Juno, Cam brings business focus to disruptive digital innovation, technology governance, information technology and cyber risk management consulting. His interests span technology and human factors and the interplay of those disciplines as they relate to complex organizational challenges. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with a B.A. Honours in History. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a platinum level member of ISACA and a founding member of the Certified | Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) program.
