Addressing the situation required a measured, structured, and credible approach – one that ensured each allegation was reviewed thoroughly and impartially.

Our Approach

Juno Risk conducted detailed interviews, reviewed relevant documentation, and assessed each complaint individually. Given the volume of information and the number of issues raised, the engagement ultimately required multiple investigation reports, each addressing specific allegations and findings. Throughout the process, our investigator maintained impartiality, ensured procedural fairness, and provided clear, well-reasoned conclusions. The recommendations were aimed at addressing identified negative impacts on workplace culture.
