The Challenge
The client was a senior executive in a large department. Several managers had approached the senior executive to raise concerns about their supervisor. The client reached out to Juno Risk to conduct an administrative investigation into allegations of misconduct and wrongdoing.
The individuals who had raised concerns, and a number of witnesses, were reluctant to participate in the investigation as they feared reprisals. The investigator had to work with these individuals to explain the process and was able to gain their trust so that all agreed to take part in the investigation.
